SHIPPING & RETURNS
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling or other charges. The item must be returned in new condition, in original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, and any accessories to ensure full credit.
All return shipping charges must be pre-paid, and are the responsibility of the customer. This includes any customs, duties, taxes, postage and any other applicable charges, which will not be refunded. We will reimburse you for any/all postage and taxes if the product is defective or an error by UltimateAirshows.com occurred when fulfilling your order. However, tax on shipping and handling is non-refundable.
Any Rob Holland Ultimate Airshows merchandise purchased from a merchant other than UltimateAirshows.com cannot be returned to us for a refund or exchange. You will need to contact the merchant from whom you made your purchase.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you need to exchange an item for the same item of a different size, please send us an email at: email@example.com
We cannot accept returns on the following merchandise:
• Any hats or head-wear items
• Any personalized items, such as an autographed item, etc…
• Opened media products, such as CDs, DVDs, video games books or magazines
• Any apparel item that has been used, worn or washed
• Any "Sale" items.
Please allow up to 30 business days to receive a refund for any returned merchandise. Shipping and handling will not be refunded, unless a product is received defective or damaged. Refunds for products will be based on the price paid at the time of your order. Price adjustments will not be considered. Refunds will be issued via the payment method originally used for the purchase.

Pack the item(s) securely. All returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received, as well as in their original packaging. Software, videos and audio products must be unopened.
Circle the items you are returning (see packing slip). Please describe the reason for exchange/return and write it next to the item being returned. (See packing slip)
If exchanging the same item(s) for a different size, please indicate new size on packing slip next to the product(s) being returned. Please contact us for any other type(s) of exchange(s).
Send your package so that it can be tracked. UPS or return receipt by the US Post Office is recommended. We are not responsible if there is no proof that the product was delivered to us.
