Nomination now open for Hero Flight 2017

Only a few short weeks remain until our first Hero Flights of 2017! If you know someone you’d like to nominate, please complete the form below. The nomination period will conclude Friday at 11:59 p.m. EST, one week prior to each airshow. Hero Flight riders will be chosen at random to participate from the pool of nominated candidates. We invite veterans or active duty military to join our team for an experience none of us will ever forget. Our guest veterans strap into our high performance Extra 300L aircraft, and experience a wide variety of aerobatic maneuvers.

To be eligible for the Hero Flight Program, a nominee must be a veteran of active duty, the reserves or guard in the U.S. military. Also, they must weigh no more than 200 ponds, and be no taller than 6’2”. In addition, nominees should be in good physical condition so they can withstand the G-forces they will experience during the flight and mobile enough to be able to get out of the airplane if there is an emergency.
