I was scrolling through TikTok and saw a really compelling video of someone talking about how she now uses Chat GPT as a personal sounding board to share life updates and seek advice on how to cope. She mentioned how helpful it is, given that it remembers all past conversations and mirrors her therapist's responses. And I saw some agreement in the comments (pictured).
I know this conversation about AI replacing/not being a full replacement for the therapeutic relationship is all over the place, but this may be one of the first real examples I'm seeing of people using it in place of therapy. Would love to hear others' thoughts on this?

With the Mumbai Call Girl, I had the most incredible experience. Because of our genuine connection and the ease with which we conversed, the occasion felt genuine and valuable.
